Dry cured, free range back bacon. We select Gloucester Oldspot and Tamworth breed  pigs which are free to roam the pastures and forage in the woodlands. Our pigs are grown slowly and reach older maturity which gives a much deeper, more enriched flavour. Approximately 10 rashers per 350g pack.


  • Our carefuly curated loins are hand-salted on the butchers block, matured and dried to ensure there is very little moisture left in the meat producing a much crisper slice.
