Award-winning Organic Lamb is bred and reared on the main farm at Rhug, where the pastures are sown with a selection of herbs and grasses, including chicory, red and white clover, cocksfoot and timothy. This all contributes to the tenderness and flavour of succulent meat. The lowland and highland flock are North of England Mules. Our lamb has PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) status and is considered by many well-renowned chefs to be some of the best lamb in the world.

Let your sausages come to room temperature before cooking. Preheat the pan with a fine film of oil, though not too hot as this could cause the sausages to explode. Don't overcrowd the cooking base and cook through on a medium heat, until rich in colour, caramelised and firm to touch. Also fantastic on the BBQ. A delicious treat or easy mid week meal.
