Our beef is hung and dry-aged for over 30 days in our dedicated Himalayan brick sea-salt drying rooms. Our beef is then caringly hand cut by our team of in-house butchers before being delivered to your door.

Our chickens are free-roaming and slowly grown on a natural diet. No hormones or pharmaceuticals.

Our flocks are raised exclusively on grass pastures, traditionally roaming the rural British hillsides as nature intended.
