Elite Meat Co. beef is sustainably farmed from low-intensity grazing pastures in the UK. We have hand-selected premium breeds of cattle, such as Black-Angus, Limousin and Hereford – globally renowned for their superior quality.

All of our grass-fed Beef can be traced back to a family-run farm, so you can be certain of the origin and quality in our elite produce.

Our beef is hung and dry-aged for over 30 days in our dedicated Himalayan brick sea-salt drying rooms. Then caringly hand-cut by our team of in-house butchers, before being delivered to your door.

Our chickens are reared as they should be - on natural diets with no added antibiotics or hormones.

We believe the way in which animals are raised affects taste and quality. Too often we settle for cage-reared poultry in Hong Kong, but that’s about to change. Our chickens are free-roaming and slowly grown on a natural diet. This ethical farming practice guarantees quality, and consideration of our environment.

From roaming the British hillsides to the heart of Hong Kong.

Our flocks are raised exclusively on grass pastures, roaming the rural British hillsides as nature intended. Raising our sheep using traditional farming practices means that they also play an important role in carbon-sequestration. This makes our lamb some of the most ecologically friendly meat available.

Sustainably raised and aged to mature.

Pastured free-range pork, from pigs who are carefully raised as they should be. Our Native British Breeds have space to roam, plough, and roll in pastures and woodland. We truly believe that raising happy animals produces great-quality meat.
